- Initiated tenant engagement and events programme to engender community spirit on park
- Headline rental levels increased by c. 25%
- Implemented Park wide landlord investments including new landscaping, signage, lighting and smart building technology
- The Park won the ‘2020 The Morgan Lovell Workplace of the Future award’ as well as the ‘2020 Business Park Innovation award’
- Building 1320 won ‘Best refurbishment outside of London’ in 2019 OAS Development Awards
- Sold in 2020 for £129.25M and retained as asset manager and corporate service provider
